1. General Cancellation Terms

·       The cancellation date will be deemed as the date we receive your written request.

·       Depending on the circumstances of your cancellation, you may be eligible for a refund as outlined below.

2. Cancellation Fees

·       Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of your cancellation relative to your departure date:

·       More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a processing fee of 20% of the total booking amount.

·       15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

·       Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

3. Special Packages and Non-Refundable Rates

Some special packages or promotional rates are non-refundable. These will be clearly marked at the time of booking, so please review the terms associated with these rates carefully.

4. Changes to Bookings

If you wish to change your booking instead of cancelling, please contact our customer service team. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

5. Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or other events outside of our control that affect your ability to travel, we will evaluate cancellations and submissions for refunds on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

6. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellation or changes in your travel plans. This can provide added protection and peace of mind.

7. Refund Process

Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be initiated back to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 21-25 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. In some cases, where bookings involve multiple service providers (such as airlines, hotels, transportation, etc.), the refund timelines might vary based on the service provider’s policy. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

Delivery Policy

Delivery of Travel Packages and Activities

At 8xtravel, all travel packages and activity bookings are delivered electronically. Once you complete your reservation, you will receive all the necessary details through email or WhatsApp.

Confirmation and Itinerary Delivery

  • Instant Booking Confirmation: After your purchase, a confirmation email will be sent immediately. This email or WhatsApp will include a summary of your travel package or activity, including dates, locations, and payment confirmation.
  • Detailed Itinerary: A comprehensive itinerary will be emailed or WhatsApp to you within 48 hours of your booking. This document will include:

Ø  Activity schedules

Ø  Important contact information

Ø  Any tickets or vouchers necessary for your activities

Accessing Your Activities

  • Activities included in your travel package will have specific instructions provided in your itinerary. This may include meeting points, timings, and any items you need to bring along.
