The journey from Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake begins by retracing the route towards Leh until Khalsar, where the road turns towards Agyam Bridge. The road beyond Shyok is steep yet rewarding, with each bend revealing new panoramas. After Durbuk, follow the traditional route via Tangtse to reach Pangong Lake, one of the largest and most stunning brackish lakes in the Himalayas, situated at 14,000 feet.
