Booking & Payments

·       Deposit Requirements: A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your travel arrangements. For some packages or activities, full payment may be required upfront.

·       Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other specified methods. Please note that additional fees may apply for certain forms of payment.

·       Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before departure. Late payments may result in the cancellation of your booking and the loss of the deposit.

Cancellation & Refunds

Travel Requirements

·       Documents: It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure they possess a valid passport and any necessary visas for their journey.

·       Health & Safety: Travelers are encouraged to stay updated on vaccination requirements and any health advisories related to their destination.

·       Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.

Itinerary & Changes

·       Itinerary Adjustments: 8X Travel strives to provide a seamless travel experience; however, itineraries may change due to factors such as weather or safety concerns. Travelers should remain flexible to maximize their experience.

·       Substitutions: If specific accommodations, activities, or transportation are unavailable, we will substitute alternatives of equal value.

·       Price Fluctuations: Prices may fluctuate due to various factors, including high season rates and increased demand. 8X Travel reserves the right to adjust prices before booking confirmation. If a price change occurs after your booking request, you will be notified and provided the option to accept the new price or cancel your reservation.

Liability & Responsibility

·       Liability Disclaimer: 8X Travel is not liable for any losses, injuries, or damages incurred during the trip. All travellers participate at their own risk.

·       Local Laws: Travelers must comply with all local laws, regulations, and customs at the destinations visited. Non-compliance may result in the denial of services or additional fees.

Alterations & Customization

·       Custom Packages or Activities: If you wish to customize a package or activity, please reach out to our travel advisors. Additional fees may apply for itinerary changes.

·       Group Bookings: Special terms may apply for group bookings of 10 or more participants.

Booking Conditions & Additional Information

·       Quotation Validity: Please note that the quote provided is merely an estimate. Booking and rates are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. No reservations or bookings have been made yet.

·       Visa Approval: All visa applications are subject to the approval of the Immigration Authorities and may be refused without any reason provided. All visa charges must be paid in full at the time of application, and these amounts are non-refundable. 8X Travel is not responsible for any refusal or delay in visa processing (if applicable).

·       Price Variations: The final price for the same package or activity combination may vary and shall not be fixed. Any claims regarding the package or activity price will not be entertained.

·       Service Taxes: Service taxes will be added in accordance with governmental rules in the final price before the final payment is made.

·       Booking Policy: All bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable under any circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, riots, or flight cancellations/delays.

Additional Expenses

The following costs are not included in the package or activity price and are the responsibility of the travellers:

·       Personal expenses such as shopping and additional meals.

·       All kinds of beverages unless specified in the package or activity.

·       Tips and gratuities.

·       Specific travel insurance needs beyond basic coverage.

·       Optional activities not included in the package or activity.

·       Any other expenses not specifically mentioned in the included section

·       Entrance fees for attractions not specified in the itinerary.

·       Personal expenses such as souvenirs and additional snacks or beverages.

·       Optional activities or excursions not mentioned in the itinerary or package.

·       Costs associated with obtaining visas, if required, and passport fees.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or relating to the services provided by 8X Travel shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Himachal Pradesh, India. The exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings will be in the courts located in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh. By booking with us, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
